SBMS Core+ Module

Inventory - the inventory application provides the ability to manage your inventory.

  • Add New - create a new Inventory item.
  • Search - search existing inventory.
  • Add Subtract - modify the current quantity of inventory by adding, subtracting, or reserving inventory qunatity.
  • Edit Details - modify the details of the inventory: description, UPC/EAN codes, Category, Cost, unit types, minimum stock quantity, location, attributes, and tax exempt status.
  • Attach Files - attach pictures, documents, technical specifications to the inventory item.
  • Child Inventory - any Inventory Item may have children items associated. E.g. an inventory item of a Winter Coat is created, the Coat come in multiple colors and sizes, each of the different color and sizes are added as children inventory to the parent item.
  • Delete - delete this inventory item. Note: deleting an inventory item will NOT remove anything from invoices or products.

SBMS Core+ Module

Products - the products application allows you to manage the products you sell.

  • Add New - create a new product.
  • Category - click on this button to navigate to the category menu.
  • Search - search all existing products.
  • Edit Details - modify this product, update product fields, cost information, vendor information, or category.
  • Attach Files - attach pictures, documents, technical specifications to the inventory item.
  • Delete - delete this product item. Note: deleting a product will NOT remove anything from invoices or inventory.

SBMS Core+ Module - Vendors

SBMS Core+ Module

Vendors - the vendors application manages your vendors.

  • Add New - input a new vendor record.
  • Search - search all existing vendor records.
  • Edit Basic - update this vendor; modify the contact information, email, telephone numbers, name, alias, account number, and description.
  • Update Address - update the addresses for this vendor; primary, shipping, and billing addresses are supported.
  • Delete - delete this vendor record. Note: Deleting the vendor will NOT remove products, invoices or inventory.

SBMS Core+ Module - File Manager

SBMS Core+ Module

File Manager - the file manager application allows you to upload, download, and manage files associated with your account. The Core+ application provides 2GB of storage for your account.

  • Add - create a named storage area.
  • Upload - upload a file to a storage area.
  • Delete - delete a named storage area. NOTE: the Product, Invoice, and Inventory storage areas are not editable. They are used and maintained by SBMSCloud and are critical for your account.
  • Search - search all existing files.
  • Preview - preview a file. NOTE: Certain file types are not able to be previewed from within an Internet Browser. If the file is not able to be previewed a message will be displayed.
  • Download - download this file to your local computer.
  • Delete - delete this file from the system.



The Core+ Module is priced at $19.99 monthly or $179.99 annually.
